Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Serenity Skin for your skincare needs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience for our valued customers:


  1. Free Deliveries:
  • Deliveries within Male' and Hulhumale' are offered free of charge.
  • Deliveries to launch/boat would incur a charge of MVR 25.


  1. Delivery Timeframes:
  •  Saturday - Thursday (Delivery closed on Fridays)
  • Male' Deliveries: Deliveries within Male' will be scheduled for after 8:00 PM.
  • Hulhumale' Deliveries: Deliveries within Hulhumale' will be scheduled between 10PM - 11PM.


  1. Order Fulfillment:
  • Orders must be placed and paid before 7pm to accommodate same day delivery.
  • Launch/boat orders must be placed atleast 1 day prior to departure.

  1. Scheduling and Confirmation:
  • Once your order is confirmed, please reach out to our team on Instagram/Facebook messenger to schedule a delivery time based on the specified timeframes for your area.
  • We kindly request that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled timeframe to receive the package. (Delivery up to ground floor only)


  1. Delivery Exceptions:
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, delivery schedules may be subject to change. Our team will communicate any such changes promptly to affected customers.


  1. Delivery Address Accuracy:
  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.


  1. Customer Support:
  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to assist you every step of the way.


  1. Shipping Restrictions:
  • At this time, we are only able to offer deliveries within Male' and Hulhumale' and Boats/Launches. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers residing outside of these areas.
